BARRY ROGERS IS AN ACCREDITED MEMBER OF THE APPRAISERS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA AND THE GEMOLOGICAL APPRAISAL ASSOCIATION, INC.  SPECIALIZING IN APPRECIABLE AND DEPRECIABLE RESIDENTIAL CONTENTS.  HE HAS OVER THIRTY SEVEN YEARS OF APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND THE METROPOLITAN WASHINGTON AREA AND IS A RECOGNIZED APPRAISER IN LITIGATION FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS.  MR. ROGERS ALSO PREPARES APPRAISALS FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE, ESTATES AND EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION.


MR. ROGERS HAS INSTRUCTED AND LECTURED APPRAISERS AND STUDY GROUPS IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF APPRAISERS AND BRANDEIS UNIVERSITY, THE GREATER WASHINGTON CHAPTER.  HE HAS COMPLETED ALL CORE COURSES FOR CERTIFICATION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY APPRAISERS THROUGH INDIANA UNIVERSITY IN BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA.


MR. ROGERS HAS PREPARED APPRAISALS FOR MUSEUMS AND MAJOR INSTITUTIONS, CHURCHES, ATTORNEYS, ACCOUNTANTS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ADJUSTERS, PRIVATE COLLECTORS AND ANTIQUE DEALERS.  HE HAS QUALIFIED AS AN EXPERT WITNESS IN THE STATES OF MARYLAND AND VIRGINIA AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.  MR.
